Shipping to PO Box address.

No parcels can be sent by registered mail while going to a Po Box address, as the parcel is required to be signed for by the mail man before being delivered. Please select standard deliver at the checkout.

Registered post – A flat charge rate of €8.00  - Fully insured up to value of the goods for loss or Damage. 

European Countries, Uk and USA -

Standard Delivery - A Flat Charge rate of - €9.00

Registered -  A Flat Charge of 12.00 - Fully insured up to value of the goods for loss or Damage. 

Outside Europe, UK and USA 

Standard Delivery - A Flat Charge rate of - €9.00

Registered -  A Flat charge of €12.50  - Fully Insured up to the value of the goods for loss or Damage.

 Free posatge is not registered mail so no tracking information is available.Please select the registered mail if you wold like to follow your Parcel. only Parcels that are registered will be covered for loss or damage.

 

What is the return policy:

AlphaMaleUndies guarantees that you will be happy with anything you buy from us.

If you need to return an item  simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.Any returns sent back have to be registered mail,as if they get lost in the mail we can not refund for this item.

AlphaMaleUndies is 100% satisfaction for you. Simply return your men's clothing within  14 days of receipt if the purchased product(s) has a manufacturer defect or does not match the description. In order to accept your returned item, you must contact us via email beforehand and be provided with the correct return address and procedure that applies. Your product(s) must be returned with tags attached, in new, unworn, original condition.

Because men's underwear and swimwear are intimate items, whether they are worn or not, we are unable to accept returns for such items. Other products can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Postage and handling is not refundable. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs. It is the same as you would need to pay for your trip to return an item from a brick and mortar retail store.

Returned items has to be sent back by registered mail. to:Alphamaleundies, 110 Rialto Cottages,Rialto, Dublin 8, Ireland. Once you have returned the item to us and it has been approved, we will send you a replacement item with no additional charge.

Refunds will be credited to the credit card/Paypal account used to pay for the original order. 


AlphaMaleUndies will inform you as soon as the refund has been processed.

AlphaMaleUndies cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when being returned, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

When will my order be shipped?

Delivery takes about 1-6 weeks, depending on your location and where your items are shipped from. Sometimes, it is literally a few days and in most cases it will not be longer than 1-2 weeks. Lead time (if applicable) is stated on the product description(s) and is in addition to delivery time. Occasionally, there might be an unexpected delay possibly due to holidays, customs or products being on backorder. It is advisable to check at your local post office if you do not receive your items after the specified delivery time.

In the rare case that a product is not available at the time of your order, or the price is published in error, we reserve the right to not fulfill. At our discretion, we may hold or ship the available part(s) (if any) of your order and inform you of any backordered or sold out items by email and await your reply by email.

All orders are shipped in unmarked envelopes. If you have any delivery instructions, or special requirements, please provide the information at the ‘Delivery Method’ section on the checkout page.

Please note that some orders maybe shipped in a few parcels. this maybe due as some items would be leaving from different warehouses. These are shipped this way to save time on delivery time. 

What does it when my order is "Awaiting fulfilment" -We have received your order and payment, we are in the process of getting your together for Shipment.This means getting products from our warehouse.

How are the orders sent?

All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no company logos to our Return address.

Please note that some orders maybe shipped in a few parcels. this maybe due as some items would be leaving from different warehouses. These are shipped thisway to save time on delivery time. 

 

Discounts - coupon codes? 

Every now and again we give out coupon codes , these codes can not be used with any other Coupon codes only one code per order.

  

Lost and Delayed Post?

For Ireland & UK customers only - It has been 20 working days since my order was shipped and it has not yet arrived?

At this point for all  orders we can place a claim with An post for a lost item. Before 20 working days we are not able to claim and ask that you remain patient as your order may still arrive.

Please email us if it has been over 15 working days since the shipment date and we will initiate the claim with An post.

As part of the claims process An post will contact you to ask you to verify that you have not received your order. The sooner  you respond to this request then the faster the claim is resolved.

For all International claims for lost post we are required to wait 30 working days?

For all International Claims we must wait 30 working days from the shipment date before An post will consider the order lost and a claim can be filed

Whilst we do appreciate that when a parcel is delayed or goes missing that it is incredibly frustrating we would like to assure you that we do aim to complete your claim and resolve your order as swiftly as possible after An post  deadline.

 

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

You can place your order with or without creating an account. If you prefer not to create an account you can select the ‘Guest Checkout’ option on the checkout page.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Alphamaleundies is required by law to collect VAT tax on orders shipped to all European Countries. If you are shipping to any of EU country, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. If you are shipping outside of European Union the VAT tax will not be added, but your items may subject to taxes and duties in your country. By placing an order outside of European Union you acknowledge that you know what taxes, duties or other related charges may be applicable upon arrival in your country, and that you agree to pay for them if you are asked to do so by the Courier or Postal Service.

Do you have a catalog?

No. Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from.
