Outside Europe, UK and USA
Standard Delivery - A Flat Charge rate of - €8.00
Registered - A Flat charge of €12.50 - Fully Insured up to the value of the goods for loss or Damage.
What is the return policy:
AlphaMaleUndies guarantees that you will be happy with anything you buy from us.
If you need to return an item simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.Any returns sent back have to be registered mail,as if they get lost in the mail we can not refund for this item.We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
When you first try on your new underwear or swimwear for hygiene purposes please do so over your own underwear.Please do not remove any labels until you are happy to keep the products.
Anything you would like to send back for exchange or refund must be returned in 14 days - in perfect condition with all the original labels intact/attached and the original packaging please.
All returned items are carefully inspected and if they are not in the same condition as when they were purchased you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund and will be returned to you.
Returned items has to be sent back by registered mail. to:Alphamaleundies, 110 Rialto Cottages,Rialto, Dublin 8, Ireland. Once you have returned the item to us and it has been approved, we will send you a replacement item with no additional charge.
Please return goods using a prepaid, insured, traceable method, clearly marking your package RETURNED GOODS to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain shipping documentation so in the event that your postal carrier loses the parcel you will be able to claim off them.
We will advise you by email as soon as we receive your returns and process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible - definitely no later than 14 days from receipt.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card/Paypal account used to pay for the original order.
AlphaMaleUndies will inform you as soon as the refund has been processed.
AlphaMaleUndies cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when being returned, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped in unmarked envelopes. If you have any delivery instructions, or special requirements, please provide the information at the ‘Delivery Method’ section on the checkout page. European Delivery time 7 to 15 Business working days. If all items are in stock. Rest of the world 15 to 25 Business working days all depending on customs.

What does it when my order is "Awaiting fulfilment" -We have received your order and payment, we are in the process of getting your together for Shipment.This means getting products from our warehouse.

Every now and again we give out coupon codes , these codes can not be used with any other Coupon codes only one code per order.
Lost and Delayed Post?
For Ireland & UK customers only - It has been 20 working days since my order was shipped and it has not yet arrived?
At this point for all orders we can place a claim with An post for a lost item. Before 20 working days we are not able to claim and ask that you remain patient as your order may still arrive.
Please email us if it has been over 15 working days since the shipment date and we will initiate the claim with An post.
As part of the claims process An post will contact you to ask you to verify that you have not received your order. The sooner you respond to this request then the faster the claim is resolved.
For all International claims for lost post we are required to wait 30 working days?
For all International Claims we must wait 30 working days from the shipment date before An post will consider the order lost and a claim can be filed
Whilst we do appreciate that when a parcel is delayed or goes missing that it is incredibly frustrating we would like to assure you that we do aim to complete your claim and resolve your order as swiftly as possible after An post deadline.
