NO. You are not required to have a PayPal or Mooneybookers account to purchase from this store. Although if you have a PayPal account you may use it.

How are the orders sent?

All orders are shipped in plain packaging.

What is your return policy

AlphaMaleUndies guarantees that you will be happy with anything you buy from us.

In the unlikely event that you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item or you accidently ordered the wrong size please contact us at info@alphamaleundies.com with a detailed explanation.  We will happily exchange the item only under the above circumstances.

We will accept returns that have not been worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Simply send them back to us by post within 14 days of receipt of delivery to: Alphamaleundies, 110 Rialto Cottages,Rialto, Dublin 8. Once you have returned the item to us and it has been approved, we will send you a replacement item with no additional charge.

Exchanges or credit returns are only handled through the website on the returns section.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Goods will only be dispatched subject to payment clearance.All orders are shipped in unmarked envelopes. If you have any delivery instructions, or special requirements, please provide the information at the ‘Delivery Method’ section on the checkout page..We recommend 5 to 10 working days all depending where the items are posted to. 


Do I have to create an account to place an order?

You can place your order with or without creating an account. If you prefer not to create an account you can select the ‘Guest Checkout’ option on the checkout page.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Alphamaleundies is required by law to collect VAT tax on orders shipped to all European Countries. Do you have a catalog?

No. Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from.
