When will my order be shipped?

 Goods will only be dispatched subject to payment clearance. All orders are shipped in unmarked  envelopes. If you have any delivery instructions, or special requirements, please provide the information at the ‘Delivery Method’ section on the checkout page.We recommend 5 to 10 working days.

All our orders will be shipped in plain packaging

Shipping Charges:

Republic  of Ireland:

- Standard delivery - Not Insured ( Not insured and we are not taking any liability of lost or damages in transit.). A flat charge rate of 2.50 euro will be applied.

- Registered post – (RECOMMENDED) - Fully insured up to value of the goods. A flat charge rate of 6.00 euro will be applied.

We are offering free Worldwide shipping with any orders over €100.00

We are refunding all shipping fees back as store credit, which maybe used on your next order.

International shipping:

- Standard delivery - Not Insured ( Not insured and we are not taking any liability of lost or damages in transit.). A flat charge rate of 3.00 euro will be applied.

- Registered post – (RECOMMENDED) - Fully insured up to value of the goods. A flat charge rate of 8.00 euro will be applied.

By placing an order outside of European Union you acknowledge that you know what taxes, duties or other related charges may be applicable upon arrival in your country, and that you agree to pay for them if you are asked to do so by the Courier or Postal Service.

What is the return policy?

AlphaMaleUndies guarantees that you will be happy with anything you buy from us.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We will accept returns that have not been worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Simply send them back to us by post within 14 days of receipt of delivery to: Alphamaleundies, 110 Rialto Cottages,Rialto, Dublin 8. Once you have returned the item to us and it has been approved, we will send you a replacement item with no additional charge.

Exchanges or credit returns are only handled through the website.
